The Murrumbidgee Rural Studies Centre (MRSC) is situated in the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area at Yanco, 15 minutes from Narrandera airport and 50 minutes from Griffith. The centre is set on an 825 acre ing farm in a quiet relaxed, natural environment. MRSC has meeting/conference and accommodation facilities suitable for many functions, including corporate events, family gatherings, sporting events and school group tours. Amaroo, meaning 'a quiet place', features 15 bed and breakfast (continental) motel-style rooms. Inga and Calrose provide bunk house accommodation, and Doongara provides single room accommodation - all self-catering with linen and towels provided.
